A new version of SANEPIC v0.2 with several improvements :

- frequency sampling and high pass filter frequency can now be atomized per data set
- optimization of FFTW usage & use of FFTW wisdom,
- several memory enhancement,

v0.1 is finally out !! Checkout this new version allow several new things.

- new program workflow
- proper map size determination
- different bolometers list for each scan,
- several memory enhancement,
